supposed to accept as normal in pregnancy and childbirth - the list could go on forever. I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to do your own research and take charge of your own health. I hope I can inspire others to heal and take their life in a better direction along with me!

My husband is also an entrepreneur, and runs an amazing video game studio. I don't know how he works so many hours, and manages SO many employeess, but he is an incredible, very talented man and we are so lucky to have him :-)
As most toddler mamas can probably relate, there is no longer much time for hobbies. But I do love CrossFit! It changed my life 7 years ago, and I make sure to always fit workouts in 4-5 days per week. I also really love reading a good book and cooking!
